Automation that pays for itself

Every practice is different. We build automation around your workflows — not the other way around. Below are real examples of what that looks like.

How we work

We don't sell off-the-shelf templates.

The examples below are real workflows we've built — but they're illustrative, not prescriptive. Every engagement starts by understanding how your practice actually operates today. We design automation around your existing tools, processes, and client experience — not clone something we built for someone else and charge you a premium for it. If your tech stack, workflow, or compliance requirements differ from what you see here, the solution will too. Pricing reflects scope and complexity, and is scoped to your situation after a strategy call.

What this looks like in practice

Real workflows, real pricing ranges, real timelines. Your version will be tailored to your tools, your process, and your clients.

Ground Rules & Expectations

Automation is powerful. It's not magic. Here's what to expect — and what we expect from you.

Setup takes time — then it's hands-off
Most services require 2–4 weeks of setup and tuning before they run autonomously. This isn't a delay — it's calibration. We're building infrastructure, not sending a one-off email. Once live, your involvement drops to near-zero.
🔑
You'll need to grant access
Automation requires connecting to your tools — CRM, email, LinkedIn, Stripe, calendar. We use dedicated service accounts with minimum-necessary permissions. You retain full control and can revoke access at any time.
🎯
Garbage in, garbage out
AI quality depends on input quality. If your ideal client profile is vague, lead gen will be unfocused. If your writing samples are inconsistent, content voice will be inconsistent. We'll push you to be specific upfront — it saves everyone time.
📐
The first 30 days are a tuning period
Every automation runs through a calibration window. Expect adjustments to scoring rules, response templates, and quality thresholds. This is normal. We monitor actively and optimize until output quality is consistently high.
⚖️
Compliance is shared responsibility
We build SEC/FINRA and CAN-SPAM filters into every relevant workflow. But your compliance team has the final say. We flag — you approve. Automated content for regulated industries always goes through an approval queue before publish.
🚫
No long-term contracts
Monthly services are month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice. If the automation isn't delivering value, we'd rather fix the problem or part ways honestly than lock you into something that isn't working.

None of these fit exactly? Good.

That's the point. Book a 30-minute strategy call and we'll map the automation to your actual workflow — your tools, your clients, your process. You'll leave with a concrete plan whether you hire us or not.
