Ground Rules & Expectations

Automation is powerful. It's not magic. Here's what to expect - and what we expect from you.

Setup takes time - then it's hands-off
The platform goes live in about three weeks, with one wait nobody controls: mobile carriers take 1 to 3 weeks to approve business texting. We file on day 5 so that clock runs alongside the build, not after it.

You'll need to grant access
Automation requires connecting to your tools - CRM, email, LinkedIn, Stripe, calendar. We use dedicated service accounts with minimum-necessary permissions. You retain full control and can revoke access at any time.

Garbage in, garbage out
AI quality depends on input quality. If your ideal client profile is vague, lead gen will be unfocused. If your writing samples are inconsistent, content voice will be inconsistent. We'll push you to be specific upfront - it saves everyone time.

The first 30 days are a tuning period
Every automation runs through a calibration window. Expect adjustments to scoring rules, response templates, and quality thresholds. This is normal. We monitor actively and optimize until output quality is consistently high.

Compliance is shared responsibility
We build SEC/FINRA and CAN-SPAM filters into every relevant workflow. But your compliance team has the final say. We flag - you approve. Automated content for regulated industries always goes through an approval queue before publish.

No long-term contracts
The monthly carries a 3-month minimum, then 30 days notice, any time, no penalty. If the system is not delivering, we would rather fix it or part ways honestly than lock you into something that is not working.
